Here we are well into our second summer in our Log Home in the mountains and enjoying every minute of it. The lower level game room and the bunk room were finished off this winter. The patio has just been completed and when the grass is added around it we will officially be "done" with the possible exceptions of some plantings.

Every one in a great while, prospective home buyers are blessed with an agent whose skills and charisma far surpass our highest expectation. Over the course of a 26 year naval career, I have purchased (and resold) many homes. Many of these salesman/realtors were outstanding and a credit to their profession. There is one who stands heads and shoulders over these outstanding people. His name is Chris Connolly.

Having inherited a summer cottage on Lake George, my wife and I thought about replacing it. We visited Lake George were we met Chris. We spent several hours with him that afternoon because we knew nothing about log homes. He certainly knew his products and answered all our questions and more, very patiently.

There are just not enough words to explain how superb Chris was to our interests from start to finish. This was our first venture into a log home. He held our hand though the whole process. He came down to our property to help us choose the model, considering our lot and zoning. Again, he came down to the property to meet with us and our contractor. After signing the contract we made several changes, adding a garage, a bedroom, a different entrance and raising the first floor ceilings. He was very responsive to all our request and telephone calls. More importantly were his innovations that made our basic model into a unique log home. Dormers, skylights, interiors logs, double sinks, screened in porches, specials doors, railing, custom bathroom where some of the additions and modifications that Chris and our contractor were able to bring about. Our contractor was not held up because Chris tracked the material and made sure they delivered on time.

Thanks to his outstanding efforts, we were able to produce truly magnificent log home with unbelievable amenities. We just cannot say enough about Chris. Suffice it to say, he’s the best…the very best.

I would like to thank you for all the help in securing our log cabin home.

We pondered over many Log home suppliers before choosing you. You were instrumental in us going with your company because of the way you handled the various aspects of buying a log home. You took the time to show us many different designs and sent us a lot of information about log home styles, the material supplied, delivery and of course – cost.

We choose a chalet design and as you know we built it using almost 95% of our own Labor and skill. The home turned our absolutely great!
